14 августа православные отмечают Медовый Спас

Сегодня православные отмечают праздник Медовый спас. В этот день верующие приносят в храмы мед, чтобы освятить его и получить благословение.<br /><br /><br /><br /><br />
14 августа принято готовить и подавать к столу медовые пироги с маком. Этот день является началом сладкого Успенского поста.<br /><br /><br /><br /><br />
По традиции в этот день начинается сбор меда и его освящение,а во многих российских городах открываются ярмарки меда и других продуктов пчеловодства.<br /><br /><br /><br /><br />
Ранее мед был одним из главных экспортных продуктов страны. В настоящее время почти весь российский мед идет на внутренний рынок., а экспортируется только его незначительная часть.<br /><br /><br /><br /><br />
