Грабеж ювелирных изделий произошел в нижегородском кафе

Как сообщает пресс-служба ГУ МВД России по Нижегородской области, сотрудники нижегородской полиции задержали 27-летнего ранее судимого местного жителя подозреваемого в грабеже ювелирных изделий.<br /><br /><br /><br /><br />
Экипажу вневедомственной охраны поступила информация о совершении грабежа двух золотых цепочек в помещении одного из кафе, расположенного в переулке Райниса Ленинского района областного центра. Полицейские незамедлительно выехали по указанному адресу, где к ним обратилась потерпевшая.<br /><br /><br /><br /><br />
Женщина, работающая барменом в увеселительном заведении, сообщила полицейским, что несколько минут назад неизвестный мужчина ударил ее по лицу, после чего сорвал золотые украшения и выбежал с ними на улицу. Сообщив о происшествии в полицию, жертва нападения и ее подруга с супругом бросились вдогонку. Злоумышленник попытался скрыться в расположенном неподалеку гаражном массиве, но благодаря совместным усилиям неравнодушных граждан и прибывших правоохранителей был задержан. В ходе его досмотра в левом кармане куртки нарушителя полицейские обнаружили похищенные золотые изделия: две цепочки и кулон в виде иконы. Задержанный — ранее судимый 27-летний нижегородец.<br /><br /><br /><br /><br />
В настоящее время по данному факту возбуждено уголовное дело по части 2 статьи 161 УК РФ «Грабеж».<br /><br /><br /><br /><br />
